Thirsty Thursday-Kokomo

Well, the work week is almost over and what better way to celebrate then with oh so yummy retro cocktail! Keeping with the kitschy and camp-y theme I've got going this week, today's retro cocktail is:

The Kokomo ( circa 1959)

1 ounce of vodka

1 ounce of amaretto

1 ounce of creme de cacao

1 ounce of cream of coconut

1 ounce of heavy cream

Toasted shaved coconuts for the garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker have full with ice.

Add the vodka, amaretto, creme de cacao, cream of coconut, and heavy cream.

Shake well and strain into a glass.

Garnish with coconut

And enjoy the sunset, while lounging in a hammock
